full guide on good training!!

ok.. when u start play centrusms , you go to fm.. when u go fm you type @go henesys...
you go to the left and u train there till abt 100 level..
then u go to fm room 2 and talk to the npc and summon rooster.. u keep atk until lvl 150 then u play mushmom.. after that u vote for nx and buy white binea and giant lolipop... its a glitch msi...
den u go back fm room u summon big foot and keep leveling till u lvl 200... rmb ur normal weap need use sword... u can scroll it.. den when u lvl 200 u @rebirth e and spawn rooster...
u hit till lvl 46 and spawn big foot agn... keep doing agn and agn.. then u rb high! ^_^

It's better if you do @rebirth c after you are done getting your skills/buffs from the jobs after maybe 5+ reborns. Since Cygnus gives more AP than Adventurers.

I think Adven only gives 750+ AP from 1-200 while Cygnus gives 1000+ from 1-200.
